Tottenham sign Marmoush on loan with obligation to buy

Tottenham have signed Omar Marmoush on loan from Manchester City; Spurs have a £60m obligation to buy the forward, which is split into £50m initial fee and £10m in add-ons; Marmoush follows former City team-mate Savio to Spurs, who signed on Tuesday

Tottenham have confirmed the signing of Manchester City forward Omar Marmoush on an initial loan.

Sky Sports News understands a £60m obligation to buy has been inserted in the deal and the fee is split into a £50m guaranteed payment, plus £10m in add-ons.

Eintracht Frankfurt, who sold Marmoush to City in January 2025, do not have a sell-on clause, contrary to reports.

The German club received their desired guaranteed fee at the time, plus additional bonuses.

There were also very few instalments, meaning all payment obligations to Frankfurt have been fulfilled by City.

Marmoush now follows former City teammate Savio to join Roberto De Zerbi's squad, after the Brazil winger completed an £85m move to Spurs on Tuesday .
