Lidl £15 hiking boots look just like £90 ASOS and £150 Berghaus in stores now

People looking to get active this autumn may want to visit their local Lidl for exercise-appropriate footwear. The supermarket brand, which has roughly 1,000 stores nationwide, is selling a pair of hiking boots at a more-than-affordable price - and they look almost identical to high-end options available at other major retailers.

Lidl has the CRIVIT Ladies' Hiking Boots for £17.99, or £15.29 for Lidl Plus members. It is available in-store only, meaning shoppers hoping for home delivery as an option will be left disappointed.

At a glance, the pair has a smooth black look that could suit a number of outfits and outside attire choices. Each shoe has a bright orange clip which adds a pop of colour, and a burgundy sole that gives it an extra edge.

Anyone interested in finding out more is advised to head to the Lidl website , where they'll find additional product images and information, as well as the chance to browse similar items also on sale. It bears a striking resemblance to more expensive shoes available elsewhere. Take ASOS, for instance, which is selling the similar-looking Columbia Trailstorm Ascend Mid Hiking Boots for £90.

Stock is dwindling at the time of writing, so visit the ASOS website to double-check. It boasts a similar aesthetic to the Lidl footwear, with the red-coloured sole and dark fabric design.

Meanwhile, there's also the Men's Revolute Active Mid Shoes in black and grey at Berghaus. Easily the more premium option, coming in at £150, only sizes seven, nine, 11 and 12 are currently in stock.
