Missing Noah - latest: Lake cordoned off by police searching for Suffolk three-year-old
Police searching for missing three-year-old Noah Woods have released heartbreaking CCTV footage of his last known movements at a playground before he became separated from a relative.
A massive search operation to find the Suffolk boy has been underway since yesterday, with his desperate father saying he "can't go another night knowing he's out there alone".
Noah was last seen at 2.37pm on Tuesday when he became separated from a relative after visiting Merriam Close playground in Brantham. Police have cordoned off a nearby lake known as Decoy Pond as well as a wooded area, with officers saying it is "out of bounds" for members of the public.
Hundreds of people flooded into the village early this morning to join the search, with Suffolk Police asking residents in the area to check gardens, sheds and outbuildings.
The force has said it is keeping an "open mind" but that there is "nothing to indicate anything sinister or any element of criminality has taken place".
Noah is described as white, with curly ginger hair. He was last seen wearing a white Bluey T-shirt, shorts and black Vans trainers with a white stripe. He is non-verbal, has partial hearing loss and is currently undergoing an assessment for autism. Because of these vulnerabilities, he will not respond to his name, police said.
Noah's family have been "blown away" by the support received from the hundreds of volunteers who joined the search for the three-year-old.
Superintendent Tom Pearse, of Suffolk Constabulary, said they are "unbelievably grateful" for all those who've contributed to the search.
