Sports commentator Michael Holley is 'fine' after fainting during live broadcast in terrifying scene

Michael Holley, co-host of NBC Sports' "PFT Live," became overheated and fainted on camera during Friday’s show.

Mike Florio was discussing Troy Aikman’s recent comments about his alleged conflict of interest with the Miami Dolphins and his role as an analyst for ESPN’s "Monday Night Football" when Holley appeared visibly unwell.

Holley, 56, began to sway and then tipped backward as he lost consciousness and fell out of his chair and out of the frame.

"PFT Live" then quickly cut to a commercial.
