After their 13-year-old died in an e-motorcycle crash, they're facing charges

Todd Spitzer announced charges Tuesday for Santa Ana resident Vu Thanh Nguyen, 56, and his wife Hong Cuc Thi Nguyen, 49.

Their 13-year-old son Benson Nguyen died after hitting a pole in Garden Grove while traveling over 40 miles per hour, Spitzer's office said.
