Trump aims to elevate federal judge Lee Rudofsky to Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit
President Donald Trump said that he is nominating federal judge Lee Rudofsky to serve on the U.S.
Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit.
"I am pleased to announce the nomination of Lee Rudofsky to the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit!" Trump exclaimed in a Wednesday Truth Social post.
Rudofsky is currently serving on the U.S.
District Court for the Eastern District of Arkansas, a position to which Trump nominated him back in 2019.
