Alexander Brothers’ Sex Trafficking Trial Tackled in Peacock’s ‘Wolves of Real Estate’ Trailer

Two Miami luxury realtors and their brother recently convicted on sex-trafficking charges are the focus of Peacock ’s The Wolves of Real Estate: The Alexander Brothers documentary series, whose trailer dropped on Thursday ahead of an Oct. 25 premiere on the NBCUniversal streamer.

Tal, Oren and Alon Alexander in the teaser trailer first appear as glamorous players in the luxury real estate and private security businesses for celebrity and high net worth clients in Miami and New York. But their dark secret as party boys drugging and sexually assaulting women for over a decade is then tackled by the three-part series. “I didn’t even know what to call, what they did to me,” one complainant says in the trailer. Other women the brothers preyed on came forward to the authorities, around 40 in all.

The result was one of the biggest sex trafficking trials of the decade recounted in the Peacock series by director Emma Schwartz ( Quiet on Set : The Dark Side of Kids TV ). The Alexander Brothers were initially accused by the FBI and the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York of operating a sex-trafficking scheme that led to dozens of sexual assaults of women between 2010 and 2021.

That criminal case shined a spotlight on Miami’s luxury real estate market over which the Alexander brothers held sway until their arrest, trial and convictions. The three parter, based on reporting by Bridget Read and James D. Walsh in a New York Magazine feature, also tackles the Alexander family and brothers’ early years in business, and promises never-before-seen footage and exclusive interviews.
