Tyler Duckworth, ‘The Challenge’ Reality Show Winner, Dies at 44

Tyler Duckworth, who competed on six seasons of reality show “ The Challenge ” and also appeared on MTV’s “The Real World: Key West,” has died in North Dakota. He was 44.

His mother Joni announced his death on Facebook Thursday and said that a cause of death was not yet known.

Duckworth won two seasons of the reality show: “The Challenge – Cutthroat” and “The Challenge – Rivals.” Popular on Variety

He had appeared at “The Challenge” Mania event in Minneapolis on July 31, and posted about it on his Instagram .
