Myles Gaskin is hanging up his NFL jersey, announcing his retirement from the game of football at 29 years old.
Gaskin, a former seventh-round pick by the Miami Dolphins who spent seven seasons in the NFL as a running back, announced his decision on social media on Thursday.

The Lynnwood, Washington native attended the University of Washington, staying in-state where he shined in their backfield.
He was the first true freshman running back to rush for over 1,000 yards in school history in 2015 when he ran for 1,302 yards on 227 carries.

Gaskin signed a one-year extension with the Dolphins in 2023, but he was a roster cut before the start of the regular season.
