Keystone Kash's Girlfriend Suffers Humiliating Legal Setback

Chip Somodevilla / Chip Somodevilla/Getty Images FBI Director Kash Patel’s girlfriend has lost a defamation case against a right-wing influencer who suggested she was an undercover Israeli “honey-pot.” Alexis Wilkins sued former Republican Senate candidate Sam Parker last fall, accusing him of defaming her in a series of posts on X that drew over 1.6 million views—a thread Parker never deleted .

Wilkins, 27, was raised in Arkansas but now lives in Nashville, Tennessee, where she is a country singer.

She claimed that the Utah-based Parker defamed her by alleging that she is a foreign agent who was assigned to manipulate and compromise the director of the FBI.

She asked for $5 million in damages.

However, a federal judge ruled in Parker’s favor this week, determining that the case, filed in the United States District Court for the District of Utah, was not in the proper jurisdiction.

The judgment largely flew under the radar, with neither Parker nor Wilkinson addressing it on social media, but Court Watch first reported on the ruling Friday.

It is not the only defamation lawsuit that Wilkins has filed.

The artist, who has been dating Patel since 2023, has also filed defamation suits against the former FBI agent and conservative podcaster Kyle Seraphin and the conservative influencer Elijah Schaffer for making similar claims about her being a foreign agent.

She has also sued MS Now.

Her lawsuit against MS Now—filed after a report claimed she asked her FBI security detail to give rides to her friends after a night out in Nashville—may face a similar jurisdiction defense to what doomed her in Utah.

Wilkins alleges the MS Now report was knowingly or recklessly false and seeks at least $75,000 in compensation, but she filed the lawsuit in the U.S.

District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee.

Lawyers for MS Now have filed a motion to either dismiss or transfer the case, citing a lack of personal jurisdiction in Tennessee.

MS Now journalists Carol Leonnig and Ken Dilanian, who are both also named in the suit, cited anonymous sources who said Wilkins had asked her FBI security detail to drive her friend home “after a night of partying” on more than one occasion.
