Selma Blair accused of kicking nurse hours after JFK plane arrest

Selma Blair 's alleged airline assault did not end with the police.

She is also accused of kicking a nurse in the chest at a Queens hospital hours after she was arrested following an alleged in-flight incident aboard a Delta flight from Los Angeles to New York.

The criminal court affidavit, filed in Queens Criminal Court, says registered nurse Ashley DeLeo was assisting in transporting Blair for further medical treatment at Jamaica Hospital Medical Center at approximately 2 a.m.

"The defendant kicked complainant DeLeo in her chest," the affidavit stated, adding that the alleged conduct caused "substantial pain to her chest." Two flight attendants reported injuries , and one was taken to a hospital, according to officials.

Police Officer Maria Suarez was helping secure Blair on a stretcher at approximately 11:50 p.m.

ET when Blair allegedly "removed her leg from the stretcher straps and kicked Officer Suarez repeatedly about the face, neck and chest," according to the affidavit.

Delta said in a statement Monday that it has "zero tolerance for unruly or unlawful behavior, as the safety of our customers and crew always comes first."
