9 at Lincoln Center in New York City.
The Billboard Hot 100-topping “Ordinary” singer will also contribute live music in addition to The Resilient, a band that includes wounded U.S. combat veterans.
Stewart, Josh Johnson and Hasan Minhaj are locked in to deliver comedy sets.
It marks a special milestone for Stand Up for Heroes, which is entering its 20th year of providing entertainment in partnership with the New York Comedy Festival to champion one of the country’s most vulnerable populations.
Since 2007, the event — presented by Bob Woodruff Foundation — has raised $117 million for veterans, their families and caregivers.
“Twenty years ago we put together Stand Up for Heroes with a simple idea: bring people together with laughter and music in honor of those who have sacrificed so much for our country,” Bob Woodruff said in a statement.
“When we started this way back in 2007, we thought it would just be a one-time concert.
But it’s become one of the most meaningful nights of the year.” This year’s benefit will take place three days into the 2026 New York Comedy Festival, which will run from Nov.
6 to Nov.
15 with a lineup spanning Adam Friedland, Ilana Glazer, Jordan Klepper, Ms.
Pat, Sarah Sherman, Ziwe and more comics.
