Maryland man accused of girl's fatal shooting released from prison days before
A Maryland man charged with killing a 12-year-old girl while allegedly firing at two men near a youth football game was released from prison just eight days before the deadly shooting.
Tyree Reynolds, 23, was released from state custody on Sept.
25, according to Fox 45 News , which cited the Maryland Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services (MDPSCS).
Reynolds faces 30 criminal counts, including murder and attempted murder, in connection with Saturday's shooting at a youth football homecoming game at Leon Day Park in Baltimore.

He appeared via video from a wheelchair with a cast around his leg.
Authorities said surveillance footage captured Reynolds opening fire on two men in a parking lot adjacent to the football field during an argument over a parking spot .
Investigators allege Reynolds reached into a backpack, pulled out a short-barreled rifle and began firing.

She should have a whole life ahead of her: school, a career, time spent with family and friends.
Instead, she was killed because two adult men resorted to deadly violence to resolve an argument over a parking spot," Baltimore Mayor Brandon Scott said.
