It shows the job titles and ages of 546 employees in Oracle's America Cloud Infrastructure organization who were laid off, representing around 7.6% of the 7,185 employees listed.
Of those, managers, engineers, software developers, and workers in the company's data center maintenance and servicing division were most affected.
Oracle said in the document that the information was provided to comply with federal age discrimination laws.
It provides an insight into the type of roles the company is eliminating in its second major round of job cuts this year.
Oracle has not said how many people it laid off in total last week.
The document states that it includes all employees in Oracle America's Cloud Infrastructure organization eligible to receive severance benefits.
