RAMaggedon wreaked havoc on tech prices this year, and that includes Kindles.

In August, we saw huge price increases on Amazon's e-readers , with prices on Kindles going up about $50.

So, what does this mean for this year's October Prime Day Kindle deals? Let's start with the good news: The latest deals roll back the recent price hikes.

The bad news: Because of those price increases, few of Amazon's e-readers are at all-time low prices.

Finally, we have to remind you that Amazon just dropped an all-new collection of Kindles , and none of the 2026 models are on sale, nor do we expect them to be.

So if you don't mind buying the 2024 Kindle models (which we loved and still recommend), there are plenty of Prime Day deals on Kindles to shop.

There's also plenty of Kindle book and physical book deals live too, which you can find more at our full deals breakdown .

We're not sure how long these deals will last, so if you see a Kindle you like, add it to your cart ASAP.
