Rogan shreds supporters of Lindsay Clancy, says they wouldn't rally if a father were on trial for same crime

Podcaster Joe Rogan scorched the supporters of Lindsay Clancy, who is on trial for the triple murder of her three children, on the " Joe Rogan Experience " Tuesday.

Clancy, a former labor and delivery nurse from Duxbury, Massachusetts, is on trial for killing her three young children, Cora, 5; Dawson, 3; and 8-month-old Callan, at the family's home on Jan.

She faces three counts of first-degree murder.

Clancy does not dispute that she killed her children but argues she was suffering from postpartum psychosis at the time and is not criminally responsible.

One of the most salient aspects of the trial is how many women have rallied on social media and formed groups to gather and share support or Clancy or suggest conspiracy theories about her case.

Rogan responded, "this lady killed her kids and everyone's like, ‘Oh my God, she needed help.’ Imagine if a single father killed his kids.

Rogan lamented the state of modern politics and the world in general, saying this controversy and the social media phenomenon around it is yet another news story that is absurd beyond belief.
