'Real Housewives' star Kim Zolciak denies sexual battery charge against 15-year-old son after his arrest

KJ Biermann, 15, was arrested and charged with two felony counts stemming from an alleged April incident, according to documents obtained by Fox News Digital.

KJ (who's full name is Kroy Jagger) was charged with aggravated sexual battery and aggravated sodomy Aug.

17 following his arrest in Alpharetta, Georgia .

The teen is being charged as an adult under Georgia's SB440 law, which gives adult superior courts jurisdiction over teenagers aged 13 to 17 accused of specific violent felonies.

"The allegations being made against my son are nothing short of reckless and deeply troubling," the reality star said.

"He categorically denies ever being involved with this woman or engaging in the conduct she has alleged.

Additionally, an examination was conducted, and no DNA belonging to my son was found.
