Speaking to Billboard this week, Capitol Music Group’ CEO Tom March — who signed Fender to Polydor — discussed the song’s ongoing success and his predictions for the Geordie-born act to break the U.S.

“Rein Me In” is up to a new peak of No.

50 on the Billboard Hot 100 following the pair’s performance at Lollapalooza.

“Artists build in a different way.

My job is to understand how the artist wants to move and build a campaign and work with them, so they achieve their dreams,” March said.

“They do it in a way that’s comfortable for them and a way that they want to do it.
