The first-ever Daisy Chain Fields has wrapped, but the love fest it inspired continues on.

In a post after the charity festival, performer Chappell Roan gushed about the experience and praised organizer Olivia Rodrigo , while also revealing that the event reignited her own hunger for playing shows.

29) marked Roan’s first live show in months, aside from her guest appearance at Noah Kahan’s concert at Rose Bowl Stadium earlier in August.

Aside from a few festival appearances in February and May, the Missouri native has spent much of 2026 out of the public eye as she presumably works on the follow-up to her breakout 2023 album, The Rise and Fall of a Midwest Princess , which climbed to No.

2 on the Billboard 200 in August 2024.

Roan and Rodrigo have been friends for many years, with both ladies frequently collaborating with producer Dan Nigro.

The “Subway” singer was one of Rodrigo’s openers on both the Sour Tour in 2022 and the Guts World Tour in 2024.

In addition to Roan, the lineup for Daisy Chain Fields included Devon Again — who filled in for KATSEYE after the girl group withdrew from the festival after member Megan sprained her ankle — as well as Mitski, Doechii, The Breeders, Garbage, Bikini Kill and more.
