‘Widow’s Bay’ Wins Outstanding Comedy Series at 2026 Emmys

The cursed island town in Widow’s Bay has summoned all kinds of supernatural entities, much to the dismay of its residents. Now, it has lured an Emmy Award into its grasp, too. The Apple TV series has been awarded Outstanding Comedy Series at the 2026 Emmy Awards . See the 2026 Emmys complete winners list.

Woody Harrelson and Matthew McConaughey presented the award, after riffing about if they may or may not be half-brothers. In accepting the Emmy, series creator Katie Dippold thanked “the evil entity on the island that trusted us with its story.”
