Late last year, the San Francisco resident was newly single and looking for a change.
He had been spending long hours at a desk, building his career in tech roles at companies like Bloomberg and Goldman Sachs.
His real dream job, though, was real estate, so his spare hours went to the extensive coursework for a residential sales license.
The hustle left him in a vicious cycle, struggling to stick to a healthy routine .
