GTA 6 Netflix extended look: Every song we heard during gameplay

One of Grand Theft Auto 's greatest pleasures has always been getting into a stolen car and finding out what's on the radio.

So, naturally, we were listening closely during the new 26-minute extended look at Grand Theft Auto VI , which premiered Thursday on Netflix.

The footage gave us our most substantial look yet at Rockstar Games' return to Vice City and the larger state of Leonida, following protagonists Jason Duval and Lucia Caminos as a drug raid explodes into a chaotic shootout.

From there, Jason and Lucia go on a romp through Vice City.

But amid all the new gameplay details, locations, characters, and general fictional Florida chaos, there was another thing we couldn't stop paying attention to: the music.

Rockstar has been teasing the sound of GTA VI since the game's first trailer arrived in 2023.

That trailer was soundtracked by Tom Petty's "Love Is a Long Road," while 2025's second trailer prominently featured The Pointer Sisters' "Hot Together" alongside snippets of songs from Wang Chung, Tammy Wynette, and Haitian konpa band Zenglen.

The extended gameplay reveal gives us even more clues about what we might hear cruising around Leonida.
