Trump Humiliated by Canadian Foe With Taunt About GOP Hero

Carlos Osorio / REUTERS Ontario Premier Doug Ford fired away at President Donald Trump over his erratic trade policy toward Canada, saying Ronald Reagan would be “throwing up” over the whole spectacle.

The U.S. and Canada entered trade negotiations last month, as Canada tried to reach an agreement to reverse or at least reduce Trump’s tariffs on Canadian goods.

But over the weekend, Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney said those negotiations had collapsed due to unreasonable demands from the U.S., and said that his country would have to rethink its overall relationship with the U.S.

Ford’s comments also come as Trump has repeatedly threatened for months to annex Canada, calling it the 51st state and insulting its leaders.

Responding to the failed talks and Trump’s threats, Ford said on Monday that Trump is “underestimating Canada” in the dispute.

“We’re all in,” Ford, the premier of Canada’s most populous province, said in remarks on Monday.

“Up here, we’re at a fever pitch; everyone’s in for an economic war.

They know they’re going to have to sacrifice.” He also explained that Canada’s new trade strategy against the U.S. will “focus on the red states,” as “the red states are Republican…the red states we’re gonna hit hard.” “I have a lot of real estate on my a--, so he has a lot of room to kiss my a--,” he added.

Ford also noted that Trump keeps a portrait of Reagan near his desk, invoked the portrait to take a dig at Trump, saying, “He’d be throwing up on him from the picture if he knew what was going on, spinning around in his grave right now.” “He should maybe take that picture off the wall and move it somewhere else,” Ford continued.

“Because right now, Ronald Reagan would be disgusted with President Trump.” A clearly bothered Trump fired back on his Truth Social account, calling Ford’s comments “Lots of “bluster.’” “The U.S.A. will always be far bigger, richer, and stronger than Canada.

Without the United States, Canada couldn’t survive — It’s where they get all of their money and, because of their current bad leadership, primarily Governor Carney, and his Flunky, Ford, they will not be allowed to keep taking advantage of the United States — their key to survival,” Trump ranted.

“Someone should get these clowns to ‘fall in line’ or, the consequences for Canada will be far WORSE!” the president threatened.

Trump’s administration has fallen in line with the threats against Canada.

Vice President J.D.
