Jenny Hoyos wants to be your internet best friend.

That might sound ambitious for someone with more than 12 million YouTube subscribers .

"I don't want to feel like someone that just shows [up] once a week or once a month," Hoyos told Mashable and other journalists during a roundtable at the Made On YouTube event in New York City on Wednesday.

"I want them to see, 'Wow, Jenny's accessible 24/7.

She is responding all the time.

"I don't think that there's a single task that I have to do [alone]." Hoyos has people helping with community posts and a community manager who assists with engagement and moderating unwanted comments.
