It sounds like a simple thing: get into bed, close your eyes, and drift off to sleep.

Unfortunately, many of us face a wide range of issues that prevent us from getting restorative sleep.

A huge contributor to poor sleep is an old or uncomfortable mattress.

Even beds that come with a lifetime warranty aren't meant to last forever.

If your current bed is sagging or you wake up with aches and pains that weren't there the night before, it's probably time for a new mattress.

While you're at it, it's smart to refresh the bedding.

A supportive pillow and breathable sheets can make a world of difference when it comes to bedtime comfort.
