Nick Carter is heating up screens with the Backstreet Boys’ massive Las Vegas residency at Sphere , but closer to home, he’s putting out fires — for fun, of course — with a newfound love for PAW Patrol , the hit animated series about six rescue dogs who work to protect their community.

Carter was at a local Target store recently, picking up some PAW Patrol toys for his kids Odin (10 years old), Saoirse (6) and Pearl (5).

In a clip posted to social media, Carter runs into PAW Patrol characters Chase and Marshall, who introduce the singer to their new Target-exclusive Roar & Explore Timmy Dinosaur toy.

Carter then reveals that the Backstreet Boys created a new song for PAW Patrol: The Dino Movie (in theaters now) before the trio break out into a choreographed dance routine, right in the Target toy aisle.

View this post on Instagram Carter says his kids were excited to watch the movie, telling Billboard , “We’re full-on PAW in our house right now!” “The movie is awesome, ‘Bottle Up’ is on repeat, and of course, we’re playing with all the epic toys,” he says.

“It’s so fun watching my kids create their own missions and adventures.

They come up with the funniest stories and get so into it, and seeing where their imaginations take them is the best.

Those are the moments I’m really grateful for as a dad.” TARGET-EXCLUSIVE 'PAW Patrol: The Dino Movie,' Roar & Explore Timmy Dinosaur $38.69 $42.99 10% off Buy Now AT TARGET Though the PAW Patrol television series is set in the present day, the new film finds the characters washing up on a mysterious island inhabited by dinosaurs after getting caught in a storm.

In addition to the Target-exclusive toy, fans can also pick up new PAW Patrol: The Dino Movie toys and merch at Amazon.
