Lo Bosworth is the founder of Love Wellness Courtesy of Love Wellness This as-told-to essay is based on a conversation with 39-year-old Lo Bosworth, a reality TV star and the founder of Love Wellness, who lives in New York City.

It has been edited for length and clarity.

As far back as my time on "Laguna Beach: The Real Orange County" and "The Hills," I knew I wanted to build something.

I was always coming up with business ideas; it's how I express myself creatively.

I founded Love Wellness, my women's well-being brand, in 2016.

Since having my daughter, Nelle, in January, life has gotten a lot busier.

I launched my podcast, "Tell Me I'm a Good Mom," a couple of months after having her.

Balancing motherhood, the podcast, and running Love Wellness is a lot of work.

No matter how busy we are, my husband and I always start the day with our daughter and put her to bed together at night.

Those two moments keep us connected as a family.

Here's a typical day in my life as a first-time mom , podcast host, and founder.

My day begins between 6:30 and 7 a.m., when my daughter usually wakes up We give Nelle her bottle, and then all of us, including the dog, take a pre-8 a.m. walk.

We're usually the first people hitting the pavement.

We always get coffee.
