Alleged Chinese agent has ties to overseas scam group

California realtor Wanying "Heather" Zhang was charged last week with acting as an unregistered foreign agent.

She was arrested after she allegedly surveilled the Taiwanese president's son. now, a CBS News investigation has found connections between Zhang and an alleged Cambodian criminal organization accused of using forced labor to carry out multi-billion-dollar scams targeting Americans.
