Disney Wants You to Behold the First ‘VisionQuest’ Trailer
Five years ago, Paul Bettany’s Vision both fully died and flew off to an unknown future at the end of WandaVision . Now, here’s VisionQuest , coming to D23 to show us what awaits the white android now that he’s on his own .
With memories of his former life now restored, Vision’s struggling to care about them on an emotional level like he should. What he can do is hallucinate human personifications of AI characters from the MCU’s past like E.D.I.T.H. (Emily Hampshire), F.R.I.D.A.Y. (Orla Brady), and even his “father,” Ultron (James Spader) . Vision’s threats are also external: he’s being pursued by a bounty hunter named Paladin (Todd Stashwick) and has to face Jocasta (T’Nia Miller), a robot looking to kill him and destroy the planet.
Also starring James D’Arcy, Ruaridh Mollica, and Faran Tahir, VisionQuest premieres October 14 on Disney+.
