Catalog investment firm Duetti has opened a new Music City office, located in Nashville’s Music Row area at 1604 16th Ave.

S, Billboard can reveal.

The move brings the company’s A&R, publishing and marketing teams under one roof to deepen the company’s partnerships with Nashville-based writers and artists, in order to serve Nashville’s music community, spanning genres including country, Americana, pop, R&B, Gospel, hip-hop and more.

Approximately 30% of those deals have been country music writers and/or artists, 29% being in the pop genre and 12% each in the folk/Americana and rap spaces.

“We are a four-year-old company and growing very fast,” Duetti CEO Lior Tibon told Billboard .

“We’re going to pretty soon be at 100 full-time employees worldwide and we keep increasing the platform.

So we are always thinking where we should expand our footprint.

We are following where we see a lot of interest and activity.

Since we started, we’ve done deals with over 50 artists and songwriters that are based in Nashville.

It’s just a very clear indication that there is a lot of activity and the market here is very receptive to the concept that Duetti is leading.” Duetti, which was founded in 2022 by Tibon and COO Christopher Nolte , partners with indie artists and songwriters to buy, manage and market their catalogs and offers marketing, publishing and A&R support.

The company allows artists to monetize a portion of their music rights, while retaining a working partner for creative and marketing.

“Before we came into operation, I would say any catalog that is younger than the five-to-seven year mark was considered almost non-financeable at the time, because there were all these restrictions by the banks and other providers,” Tibon said.

“We said there’s really no reason for that, and with all the data and information that’s out there, we can definitely go earlier on.
