A Biden-era noncitizen from the Philippines living in Pennsylvania pleaded guilty to illegally voting in the 2024 election after registering just weeks before Election Day, federal prosecutors said.
Evelyn Miller, 37, of Emmaus, pleaded guilty Sept.
16, to illegally voting in the election.
Miller is a lawful permanent resident, but not a U.S. citizen, the U.S.
Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania said.
Only U.S. citizens can vote in federal elections .

HSI and FBI agents interviewed Miller at her home in July 2025.
Miller told investigators she registered online before the election and then went to her polling place in Emmaus to vote on Election Day, according to DHS.
