Flock contract cancellations grow among cities, other jurisdictions

Two Phoenix, Ariz. suburbs became the latest municipalities Wednesday to terminate their contracts with Flock Safety, cancelling their use of the company’s automated license plate readers (ALPRs) that have drawn widespread privacy concerns.
