‘This is a horrible day’: Oregon Gov. Kotek offers support to Bend community following shooting

Oregon Gov.

Tina Kotek said her “heart is broken” after multiple people were killed, including children, at Silver Rail Elementary School in Bend.

The 16-year-old suspected gunman was killed shortly after police got reports of the incident.
