The Commission of Inquiry into Criminality, Political Interference and Corruption in the Criminal Justice System, also known as the Madlanga Commission, is hearing testimony from taxi boss Joe ‘Ferrari’ Sibanyoni.

He is accused of running an extortion racket and laundering money.

Sibanyoni allegedly forced a mining executive to pay more than two-point-two-million in unlawful “protection fees”.
