KZN police investigate death of grade 10 learner in Glendale
Police in KwaZulu -Natal have confirmed that an investigation into the death of a Grade 10 learner from Glendale near Stanger in the KwaZulu Natal’s north coast, is underway.
The 18-year-old male who had been missing for days was found dead on Thursday following an extensive search.
Police reports have revealed that his genitals had been mutilated.
Provincial p olice spokesperson Paul Magwaza says the learner failed to return home following a school trip.
“Police investigations are still ongoing.
It is reported that the 18-year-old deceased went on a school trip to Hammarsdale but was later found deceased in Glendale.
