SASSA gold card holders urged to switch to Postbank black cards before 31 August

Nearly 80,000 SASSA grant beneficiaries still need to replace their gold cards with Postbank black cards before 31 August 2026.

Postbank says grants will still be paid into active accounts after the deadline, but beneficiaries will not be able to access the money until they collect a new card.
