IO to continue on witness stand at TMPD officer, lawyer wife trial
The bail application of Tshwane Metro Police Department (TMPD) officer and his wife has been adjourned till Tuesday in the Polokwane Magistrate’s Court in Limpopo.
Peter Nonyane , popularly known as ‘ Gagash ‘ in social media, and Charlotte Tibana, a Polokwane based lawyer, allegedly defrauded three deceased estates more than R4-million from 2024 till this year.
The investigating officer, Constable Phuthisho Thobejane , is opposing bail.
Thobejane will continue on the witness stand when the hearing resumes on Tuesday.
