ACM leader Hlaudi Motsoeneng promises water, job creation

African Content Movement (ACM) leader Hlaudi Motsoeneng has prioritised job creation, reliable electricity and access to running water, during his address to supporters at Phuthaditjhaba Stadium, in QwaQwa, in the Free State.

Motsoeneng says residents should not have to rely on JoJo tanks for water provision.

“I’m not promising people here, I’m going to act because we want water in Maluti-a-Phofung, we have big dams.

We need to put new infrastructure and fix the roads.

I need provincial government to bring back ganda gandas [Construction trucks] belonging to Maluti-a-Phofung.” “Thirdly, we have unemployed people, I need to make sure I get investors to invest in Maluti-a-Phofung but before they can come, I need to fix roads, electricity and water so that we create this employment,” says Motsoeneng.
