‘We continue to try and get information’: Sooklal on missing South Africans in Nepal

Six South Africans remain unaccounted for after devastating flash floods and mudslides struck near the Nepal-Tibet border.

South African authorities are working with Nepalese officials and an honorary consul to establish their whereabouts, as anxious families await answers.

The missing include four Ladysmith residents, a woman from East London and a 33-year-old woman from Isipingo Beach.
