Modack, 13 co-accused back in court

Toufeek Brown is under cross-examination in relation to his alleged involvement in the plot to kill Cape Town lawyer William Booth and the killing of a Hawks investigator.
The State has been dealing with evidence related to alleged phone calls between Brown, his wife Kauther Brown, and two co-accused.
The state maintains that the calls relate to the conspiracy to kill Booth.
The accused are facing more than 100 charges, including money laundering, the attempted murder of Booth and the murder of the Anti-Gang Unit Detective, Charl Kinnear .
