Police seize drugs worth R720 000 in Western Cape
Police in the Western Cape have confiscated drugs worth an estimated R720 000 in De Rust.
Police spokesperson Wesley Twigg says officers acted on information about a vehicle transporting dagga.
He says a search of the vehicle uncovered 90 kilograms in black plastic bags.
Four suspects were arrested.

The suspect will appear in the Oudtshoorn Magistrates’ court on Monday.
In an unrelated matter, members of Public Order Police arrested a 17-year-old male when he was found in possession of an imitation firearm.
The members followed up information about a person who is robbing people in Delft Main Road and patrolled the area in search of the suspect.
The members apprehended the suspect fitting the description, searched him and found the imitation firearm in his possession.
