Emergency response as two dead in plane crash near Scone Racecourse in NSW Hunter Region

Two people have died in a plane which crashed in the NSW Hunter Region on Friday.

Emergency services were called to reports of the crash on Bunnan Rd in Scone about 2pm.

Fire and Rescue NSW confirmed a fire truck remained at the crash site near Scone Racecourse at 3pm, with reports of fuel spilling from the wreckage.
