Uniphore and Tech Mahindra Partner to Deliver an Agentic AI Factory for the Enterprise

The partnership combines Uniphore’s Business AI Cloud (BAIC) platform with Tech Mahindra’s deep digital business transformation expertise and global delivery capabilities, establishing an Agentic AI Factory to accelerate AI adoption at scale within Tech Mahindra and for its customer industry verticals.

As part of the partnership, Tech Mahindra will integrate Uniphore’s BAIC platform into its Agentic AI Factory, enabling the development, deployment and management of purpose-built small-language models (SLMs), AI agents and industry-specific solutions.
