Innovator ETFs® Announces Liquidation of an Exchange-Traded Fund
WHEATON, Ill. -- Innovator Capital Management, LLC (“Innovator”), the investment adviser for the Innovator Uncapped Bitcoin 20 Floor ETF ® — Quarterly (the “Fund”), announced today that the Fund’s Board of Trustees, at the recommendation of Innovator, has approved a plan of liquidation for the Fund (the “Plan”).
Under the Plan, which is effective as of September 16, 2026, the Fund will begin the process of liquidating portfolio assets and unwinding its affairs in an orderly fashion over time.
The Plan is not subject to shareholder approval.
