Former student says someone hid a webcam in her Royal Military College dorm. No one was ever charged

A former student at the Royal Military College of Canada says she found a web camera hidden in her dorm room in October 2018.

The Canadian Forces National Investigation Service investigated but no charges were ever laid.

The woman says she's sharing her story publicly for the first time, emboldened by the support for a woman who alleges she was gang raped at Cornell University in Ithaca, N.Y.
