TUK Group Advances 35 Toronto Rental Homes, Launches TUK Partner Portal
Foundation walls poured at Lambton, Coxwell acquisition closed and McRoberts agreement firm as TUK Group rolls out a secure digital reporting platform for its partners
TORONTO, Sept. 17, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — TUK Group today announced milestones across three Toronto rental projects representing approximately 35 existing and proposed homes: foundation walls have been poured at the 10-unit Lambton project, the 18-unit Coxwell development property has closed, and an agreement for the proposed seven-unit McRoberts project has gone firm. The integrated Ontario real estate company has also launched the TUK Partner Portal, a secure platform giving authorized partners centralized access to project status, documents, updates, three-dimensional renderings and financial reporting.
The announcement follows the Canada Investment Summit in Toronto, where government leaders, Canadian executives and global institutional investors gathered to advance long-term investment into productive Canadian assets. As Canada works to attract new capital, TUK Group is focused on the local execution required to turn that capital into housing.

“Canada is entering a period where global capital is actively looking for capable operators, credible projects and durable assets,” said Jordan Alexander King, Co-Founder and Partner of TUK Group. “These milestones show that we are not simply assembling a pipeline. We are moving projects from acquisition through development, construction, lease-up and long-term operation.”
Foundation walls have been poured at TUK Group’s 10-unit Lambton rental development in Toronto. The milestone moves Lambton into its next stage, with completion currently targeted for 2027, subject to construction conditions and other customary development risks.
The project is being delivered through TUK Group’s integrated operating model, which supports the full real estate lifecycle from acquisition and planning through construction, lease-up, property management and ongoing operations.
“A rendering communicates the vision, but poured concrete demonstrates execution,” said Evan Ungar, Co-Founder and Partner of TUK Group. “Lambton is moving forward because our team remains closely involved from the original transaction through construction and eventual operations. That continuity creates accountability at every stage.”
TUK Group has closed on the Coxwell property in Toronto, where the preliminary development concept contemplates approximately 18 residential units, subject to design development and municipal approvals.
The company has also entered into a firm agreement for the McRoberts property in Toronto, where the current concept contemplates approximately seven residential units.
