Horseman bridges China and Kyrgyzstan through equestrian coaching

For more than five decades, Manat Eshimbekov, an equestrian coach from Kyrgyzstan, has devoted his life to horses.

After retiring, he could have settled into a quiet life, but an invitation brought him to Urumqi in northwest China's Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region to begin a new chapter as an equestrian coach.

Now, the lifelong horseman has found a new arena to share his expertise, with a hope of bringing together the equestrian traditions of China and Kyrgyzstan.
