Celina pens emotional Raksha Bandhan note for brother Vikrant

Celina Jaitly penned an emotional Raksha Bandhan note for her brother, Major Vikrant Kumar Jaitly, detained in the UAE since 2024.

She revealed she hasn't heard his voice or met him since then, recalling childhood memories and vowing never to give up on him.

Vikrant had earlier refused her legal help in March.
