Securitize Share Drops 20 Percent as Tokenisation Revenue Falls Short of Expectations

Securitize shares fell 20 percent in after-hours trading after the tokenisation firm reported second-quarter revenue below analysts’ expectations.

Revenue reached $14.4 million (roughly Rs.

137 crore), compared with the $20.6 million (roughly Rs.

196 crore) expected by analysts.

The company also reported a $21.7 million (roughly Rs.

207 crore) net loss.

Meanwhile, tokenised assets managed through its platform and transaction volumes continued to grow during the quarter.
