After a roaring success last year, Bank of Baroda presents The Hindu Property Expo 2026. Hosted on September 5-6 at the Chennai Trade Centre, the expo will bring together real estate developers, builders, property consultants and homebuyers under one roof.
It offers 200+ projects to check out, with 45+ leading developers. Visitors can discover new property launches, explore homes and apartments, find plots and farmlands, browse independent houses and explore property investment opportunities. They can also compare projects and locations and get expert guidance to make an informed property decision. Visitors will also get an opportunity to meet developers.
The expo will feature financial institutions too, offering home loan and property finance solutions, giving prospective buyers an opportunity to understand loan options, eligibility, documentation and repayment structures.
